Apple’s latest OS X version goes on sale at 6 PM. Yes Leopard will be available in Apple stores and on line later today.
With over 300 new features including Boot Camp, Time Machine and a new look and feel this is the long awaited release that has been delayed since the summer as the Apple geeks were busy on the iPhone. But now it’s here.

Seems that Orange will be the carrier of choice for Apple in France. Apple today announced that the iPhone will be available Nov 29 for 399 euros.
This is 20 days after the UK and Germany commence sales.

Despite claims by Didier Lombard Orange CEO that he has secured iPhone rights for France Apple say Non.
CNN report that Apple says it has no iPhone launch date for France. They go on to say that the UK and Germany will launch Nov 9th there is no date for the unlucky French they will have to stick with Nokia.
