Macworld reports a study published in Change Wave survey that claims that more people who plan to buy a computer in the next 90 days will chose a Mac compared to any other brand. Mac scores 32% just above Dell, the number 2 brand with 28%.
A number of pundits say this is the start of the tipping point, the stage before the tornado takes hold, when real growth takes hold. Stand by Dorothy.
“Vimpelcom announced it has signed an agreement with Apple to bring iPhone 3G to Russia, expected later this year,” the company said in a statement.

The chief of T Mobile claims they have sold 120,000 units since the 3G iPhone was released on Jul 11th. T mobile sell iPhone in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
So how many units have Apple sold since the launch?
America Movil, the largest cell phone operator in Latin America will start selling iPhones in earnest on Aug 22nd. It will add Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay to Mexico where it is already on sale.
